I can't be chasing you when the sun goes down
Please come and save me
Restless in our quiet town
If you say take me away I'd ask you how far
So we broke our engagements, bounced the checks
And left our home
Hopelessly waited for some time alone
But there's kinds of stress that await no matter how far
When you break your own heart
And let it bend the way that you shouldn't
Forget to lock the doors that you open
I cannot wait to bother you whenever I want to
I can't outweigh the pros with you
You can't be chasing me when I'm coming down
I desperately waited for you to come around I hope we can chase our dreams no matter how far
So let's hope we make it
Fix the fence and make a home
Save our late ages for some time alone
Explore anywhere we please no matter how far
So don't break your own heart
Or let it bend the way that you shouldn't
Forget to lock the doors that you open
I cannot wait to bother you whenever I want to
I can't outweigh the pro's with you, and not cause I want to
I cannot wait to bother you
I cannot wait to bother you
I cannot wait to bother you
I cannot wait to bother you (wherever you want to, wherever you wanna go)
I cannot wait to bother you (wherever you want to, wherever you wanna go)
I cannot wait to bother you (wherever you want to, wherever you wanna go)
I cannot wait to bother you (wherever you want to, wherever you wanna go)
Been following Somos for many years, feeling that they had an opus in them...well, here it is. Driving pop-punk sensibilities lend an upbeat tone in contrast to the grim lyrical proceedings, and they absolutely pull it off. Evocative music that's been on repeat for me all month long. RIP, Phil PaintedDogs
